A video making rounds online captured the moment some policemen engaged in a heated exchange.
The quarrel centered on one of the police officers stopping so many cars for a search. A Twitter user @overkomer who shared the video disclosed that the incident occurred at Iyana Ipage area of Lagos.
Imagine a sergeant telling an inspector he will change it for him, lawlessness and Insubordination.
