A video has emerged showing the moment Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike ordered security operatives to take a man who had mobile policemen in his car to an Isolation Center in the state for flouting the lockdown order he imposed, has gone viral after being shared online.
The Rivers State Governor recently imposed a total lockdown order in two local governments in the state where there are increased cases of Coronavirus.
In the viral video, the man who was ordered out of his car protested before being led into another car which conveyed him to the isolation center.
