So far the Nigerian TV producer, actress, and head cook at FoodbyHilda, whose real name is Hilda Effiong Bassey has cooked over 110 meals and served over 2,795 people in about 70 hours, hitting significant milestones in her attempt to break the Guinness World Record for longest cooking by an individual.
Despite the telling drudgery, exhaustion, and tedium from being on her feet for three days on the trot, Hilda’s devotion has been nothing short of stunning, spectacular, challenging, and awe-inspiring.
